I agree with the Scroll Lock key notes - that is one of the most
ANNOYING deals...

Also check how you saved the "changed" file and that that is indeed the
one you are using.

What we have  done here is created a leyboard file the way we (our apps,
us, and our help desk) want it and saved it as GENERIC.KBD and this goes
on EVERY machine we do (as I have mentioned before on this list, we have
a "default" configuration for every PC or notebook we use. If one dies
and has to be replaced, we can "create" a fully loaded/functioning PC or
notebook in less than 30 minutes !).
