is it worth it?

being offered a 9404 B10, twinax and TR, 3477 terminal, and a bunch of
software(I assume the OS is included), he lists Office/400 as one of the
packages. Says it was used for software devolopment. Is it worth getting
for $225? I don't have that much sitting around right now, but it sure
sounds like fun.
