RE: Command CMPPTFLVL

Presume you mean the CPF3922 & CPF35EE messages.
Here's an IBM APAR on it.  I would guess from the help text from
CMPPTFLVL that it may work ONLY with the cum package CD that is shipped
with a new software release, and not on regular cumulative packages.
