Pete & Paul, One caveat... I've seen enough AS/400s with the RTGDTA parm on the SBMJOB set to 'QCMDB' instead of '*JOBD' to make me believe that this is how IBM ships the command. So, I would suggest that if you are going to use jobds to control routing data that you check your sbmjob command and change/copy it if necessary so the rtgdta parameter says *JOBD. -Walden > -----Original Message----- > From: mcsnet!midrange.com!midrange-l-owner@Mcs.Net > [mailto:mcsnet!midrange.com!midrange-l-owner@Mcs.Net]On Behalf Of Pete > Massiello > Sent: Monday, February 02, 1998 7:17 PM > To: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com > Subject: Re: subsystems and classes > > > Paul Ellison wrote: > > > > If you have a subsystem already built and have jobq's directed to > it etc.., can one have a class that is different so certain jobs will > enter the sbs with a different priority than other jobs? > > > > All batch > > > > 3.7 > > > > chgrtge stuff?? hints please? > > > > tia, > > > > Paul Ellison > > Technical Analyst > > Harolds Stores Inc. > > > Sure.
