Depends what your doing Eric. I run with 4 active sessions. 1 SNA session for CODE/400 and 3 TCP/IP sessions. 1 is signed on to access QSECOFR & QTMHHTTP jobs, and the other 2 are signed on as a normal user for checking spool files, running query/sql and other general tasks. Before using Code/400 I still used 4 sessions. The Code/400 one was permanently set to use PDM. So 4 sessions isn't really excessive.
