QCMDEXC API PROTOTYPE

I am trying to set up a prototype for the API QCMDEXC but when I type in
the following:

 * Prototype for QCMDEXC API                                       
D QCmdExc         PR                  EXTPGM('QCMDEXC')            
D   CmdStr                    4096A   CONST OPTIONS(*VARSIZE)      
D   CmdStrLen                   15P 5 CONST                        

I get the messages:

LIKE keyword is expected but not found; definition is ignored.+ 
The Type entry is not valid; defaults to S.+ 
Keyword name is not valid; the keyword is ignored.


What is wrong with this setup?
