Mark,

The 36EE uses printer files in #LIBRARY to determine print attributes. There's 
a printer file for each configured 36EE printer device. I've never tried to 
move jobs to a different output queue, but you might try OVRPRTF P1 OUTQ(XXXX). 
Alternately, maybe you could create a new printer file in #LIBRARY and use the 
OCL // PRINTER statement to select the dummy "device".
