The server code I guess is a LITTLE more complicated these days than
when we had Basic DOS PC Support  :-). 
Yeah it would be nice to have that detail in the message, but someone
decided it wasn't worth the effort I guess.  :-(

As to the joblog for the server job, were you perhaps looking in
QEZJOBLOG for a joblog report?
Possibly this same server program is still active, and can be found with
either:
WRKJOB  jobname , or WRKACTJOB (probably hiding in QSYSWRK subsystem,
may need to press F14 to find it).

        It does, but as a stated in a previous response, I'm suprised
that this
        is part of the message. Seems pretty important. It would be like
a
        device failing or something and issuing a message that "A Device
Failed"
        and not id'ing the device...

        I am TRYING to view job log, but haven't been able to find one
yet...
