Hopefully this will clear things up Tim,

A question:

I have no problem writing to a Net.Data table from and RPG program and
displaying using HTML table tags.

The way I thought you had to read the Net.Data table using RPG was also
correct.

My question is once the Net.Data table is written using HTML table tags,
there is not link between what is displayed on the screen and the
corresponding row/column in the table. Is this correct?

Here is the Code used to build the HTML Table:

%MACRO_FUNCTION printar1(INOUT PTABLE) {
  %REPORT {
    <table border=1 cellpadding=2 cellsapcing=0>
      <tr>
        <th align=center>GGL#</th>
        <th align=center>GGL Description</th>
        <th align=center>Local #</th>
        <th align=center>Local Description</th>
      </tr>
    %ROW {
      <tr>
        <td>$(V1)</td>
        <td>$(V2)</td>
        <td><input value="$(V3)" size="15"></td>
        <td><input value="$(V4)" size="30"></td>
      </tr>
    %}
    </table>
  %}
%}

Anything stand out or any suggestions.

Cheers
