My taglines are purely for entertainment value, and their veracity (with the possible exception of the ones that come from "Bartlett's Quotations", of which this is definitely _not_) are certainly not the subject of intense scrutiny on my part. The limitations of DOS keep this statement, true or not, alive. After listenening to the load of hooey that the Micro$oft VP was delivering on NPR last Friday regarding the US Justice Department's actions, I'm not sure that I'd put _anything_ past Bill Gates.
