Ok.  After taking a look at the DUN settings, I think I can do without
the DIAL up Scripting tool "installed."  However, the Cool Title Redbook
and the Win95 CD-Rom both have instructions for installing this module,
and both are incorrect from what I can tell.  Unfortunately I am not at
work and don't have the Redbook, but I will try to post the excerpt
within the next day or two.
