× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Thanks for your responses.  I'm in the exploring stage at this point.
I did hear about another option today using a wedge box.  The
wedge is programmed to send a request to the scale by recognizing
a particular barcode.  The scale sends it's weight and the wedge
passes it through to the emulation screen.  

It sounds like a simple solution and relatively easy to set up.
