Sorry about previous post (about ILE Debugging) , after further putzing
around I found out why I was being unceremoniously slammed back to the
menu command line when I F12-Resume or F10-Step from the initial STRDBG
call.
..THEN.. you call the program from the command line and your ILE Debug
session starts at that point. 
Learning this way is a pain in the *ASS.
