I wonder that since I am displaying/printing 2 digit years in this application,
should I have verified a valid
two digit year when I received the file?

I remember reading somewhere that IBM was going to eliminate the 00-39 window
somehow?  If yes, then I wouldn't want to code the 2 digit year test in my
receive program, because that is going to change.
