Hank, I can't help you much with the OS/2 problems however I can offer up one piece of advice...bump up your hardware. I loaded CA Unicenter TNG on an 4.0 NT server - Compaq Prosignia 300 48Mg Ram, 1.2 Gig HD. It performed very poorly. I would suggest increasing the Ram on your machine to the recommended 64 Gig. Again, I don't know if the Console System Manager is going to be less processor intensive than the Framework portion but I would bet if you are running CA, TNG, and OS/2 on a 1Gig HD with only 32Mg, you're going to take a nasty performance hit.
