This may have been addressed before.

We're upgrading a number of boxes to V3R2 for a large customer. They like to
be conservative about their upgrades - it's a bank. One of the gifts from IBM
is Performance Manager, which I've seen before. Can I get a feeling from some
of the rest of you about the worth of keeping this on the system? 

Frankly, I've gone in and shut it down every place I've seen it (just like
Performance Adjustment). I'm just curious if I'm missing something, and
depriving the customer of a benefit by doing so.
