Don: Depends on what you want to do. The physical connection is easy. Buy an ethernet transciever to allow the connection of the AS400 ethernet card to the hub (I assume its a 10baseT hub using RJ45s). The Ethernet transciever will run about 50-60 bucks, it has a 15 pin thick ethernet connector on one end and 10base T jack on the other. Use a patch cable to connect to the hub. Do you want to do SNA or IP over the connection? At least you will need to create an ethernet line, then config either ip or SNA.
