One has adopted a Y2K compliant standard such as you mention with a four digit year and the other is going to make a decision shortly. My guess would be for the *ISO standard. Until that happens you had best chat with your trading partner to see how each is going to do their thing in this area. It likely will not happen in unison so be ready to write some bridge logic into those programs anyway.
