The commands you are looking for are:

lcd    (local change directory) for changing library's on the machine you are
FTPing from.

and

cd    (change directory) for changing libraries on the machine you are FTping 
to.

dir or ls         (directory or list)  lists all objects in current library.

help will give a list of all available FTP commands.
