If you have an ILE language then I would call the CEERAN0 API. It takes two
parms, a seed value (pass a zero) and a float where it returns a random
number between 0 and 1 exclusive. So if you want a random number between 1
and 99999 simply multiply the return value by 100000 and you're all set.
