        Another prediction:

        At the end of 1998, managers will suddenly realize that they
need to get their
        systems year 2000 compliant. They will storm into the IS
offices. They will
        yell that this problem needs to be solved - NOW! When the IS
folks say that
        they have been warning the managers for over two years, now, the
managers will
        reply, "You didn't warn us LOUD ENOUGH!"
