I tried ER/Studio some time ago. It doesn't work with AS/400 at this time. When I called them, they said they've concentrated on desktop databases. The messages you are getting have to do with DB2, as in DB2 for NT or OS/2, and is not the same as DB2/400. I put a bug in their corporate ear that there are several 1000 AS/400's out there that might like a tool such as theirs. The message got to the top, but I've not seen anything about implementing DB2/400 yet. We are going to PowerDesigner (formerly S-Designor), from PowerSoft/Sybase. It doesn't reverse-engineer triggers and constraints yet, but they sound like they're working on it. I wish Embarcadero did talk AS/400—I liked it, esp. for the price.
