3.      No, assuming you are referencing them with *LIBL.  You, of course can
always referred to them as being qualified. (e.g.: QTEMP/myfile)

4.      You cannot normally move an object to QTEMP.  It might be possible to
move an object that was in QTEMP from QRCLSTG, but I'm not sure.  I won't
bet on this one.
