One of the REXX people here came up with a question, that I've not been able to
explain or fix: How does one get REXX to print wider than 132 columns?

The REXPRC is already overriding to redirect output from STDOUT to QPRINT. I
figured I'd just override QPRINT with a new page size (60 160), CPI (16.5) and
LPI(75). It printed 132 columns and wrapped the text. I duplicated QPRINT into
the test library and did a CHGPRTF on it to the same values. It printed 132
columns and wrapped the rest of the text.

What am I missing?
