Just curious Paul,  why you don't use factor 1 & 2 of the DataToSubProgram
to separate what is passed down from what is passed back instead of 
passing the 3rd parm(DataFromSubProgram) ?

I use the shutdown parm myself.  The only caveat is that I rarely pass
more than one parm.   I always pass a data structure name (usually 
externally defined).
