Host Print Transform Work Station Customizing Objects

Is anyone out there familiar with how to create a printer work station
customizing object for Host Print Transform?  We had a consultant create
one for us awhile back which worked fine until the latest cum tape was
applied.  Any printer using this WSCST is now printing the first report
with the wrong font.  IBM tells me to review the work station
customizing object but I have no idea how this was created.  I tried
IBM's Redbooks but must be looking in all the wrong places!  TIA
