Restoring to OS/400 V3R7 -- MIDRANGE-L

I had upgraded my AS/400 to v4R1M0. But I need two information, where do
I obtain the liscence key as my As/400 is locked

Secondly I tried to restore my AS/400 back to v3r7. I need the
instruction of reverting back to the previous version v3r7. Is there
anybody who can give me detailed instruction or point out to me the
exact location where information could be obtained. Please donot give
the reply is RTFM
