Have you considered all the costs? I know it's only 1 user but, do you want
to handle the support calls. Will you be responsible for maintaining the
hardware, I'm not talking about what the client says now, but what they will
say when the machine is broken. Do you have the expertise to trouble shoot a
failing 3.5 floppy, or for that matter the desire. These "little" problems
can be a big drain on resources.

Just my $0.02.
