I do want the time limit applied for batch jobs as well as for
interactive. It can also serve as a guideline for the users to verify
they have entered 'valid' or 'fair' requests (like too long period of
time -- or too many customers that would create huge reports when a
short one was expected).

And, as mentioned before, the INQMSGRPY is set to *RQD
