RISC Triggering

Hey Folks!

Has anyone experienced any problems with triggering on a RISC box?  We have a
trigger program that, until recently, was "functioning quite well thank you".
 The trigger is against a high-volume file (inventory transaction history),
and is supposed to capture _ALL_ transactions.  We now seem to have an
occasional transaction that is not reported, although the majority of
transactions of the same type get through.  This affects only 5 or less
transactions a day, and most occur late at night (during the "save while
active" run).
