APF - Printing over TCP/IP -- MIDRANGE-L

I know this has been mentioned before but at the time I did not have the
need.  Well guess what happened to me the other day?  I needed to print out
an APF created spool file to a TCP/IP connection.
 
Would some kind person please repost the ways the I can print APF spool
files to a TCP/IP connected site.  I know I can use LPD/LPR for the 
regular spool files (and I do!) but I need the APF solution.
