Network Station Software and the 400 -- MIDRANGE-L

Does anyone have any idea when the AS/400 is going to ship with an easy way 
to install the network station software. Even with a box that shipped with 
410 it wasn't installed and you have to retrieve it from the net. Is it any 
different in the states has anyone seen an easy to install CD?
