Hi all,

Has anyone encountered the following error when connecting a Rumba terminal
session under CAWIN for Win 3.11?

APPC Communications error
AS/400 TP issued DEALLOCATE
Router Retrurn Code= hex001

I'm using a leased line (ie. non-dialup) SDLC connection and the CAWIN
router starts without any problems and I can start a 3812 printer session
OK. At the 400 end I can see the job starting & finishing immediately in
QHST but it doesn't produce a job log (I've got my message logging set to 4
00 *SECLVL on the JOBD it's using). I know the 400 end is OK because I
tested it with PCS for DOS and it works fine and I also downloaded the
PC5250 emulator and tried it and it works fine also.

I know I could just stick with PC5250 but all of our other Windows 3.11
users are using Rumba and it could cause potential problems for our Help
Desk staff. I've checked out Walldatas web site but it doesn't have any
info and I can't fnd anything on IBMLINK either.

TIA
