I believe this only applies to upload --
We are at the latest CUM and CA95 Service Pack level, but still having problems
with certain uploads hanging at the end of the file if the last field is alpha,
but blank, without any quotes.

I talked to IBM support, and they gave me a test fix. The first time I tried
it, it still did not work. - I've finally gotten back to it, and got it to work
by deleting an old cwbtfutl.dll file from program files\ibm\client
access\system. It appears the install program put a copy there, and the service
packs don't?? -- Anyway, the uploads are working!

If you are interested, the APAR is SA63029.
