I talked to IBM support, and they gave me a test fix. The first time I tried it, it still did not work. - I've finally gotten back to it, and got it to work by deleting an old cwbtfutl.dll file from program files\ibm\client access\system. It appears the install program put a copy there, and the service packs don't?? -- Anyway, the uploads are working!
