re: a new sign-on screen

Booth:
You can control this via a device name entry in a subsystem.  For telnet,
since you can't (now) assign a device name, you would need to add a device
name entry  to another subsystem for QPADEV*.  Then you could change that
subsystem description to use your newly designed sign on.
