Don,

BRMS is a comprehensive tape management system for the AS/400. At
earlier releases it was buggy, but at V3R2 where we are now, it seems
pretty stable. I like it a lot. It's especially useful if you're sharing
tapes among multiple AS/400s. Ex-mainframe system programmers will love
it. :-)
