Is there a way to monitor for inactivity on TPC/IP sessions?  As I   
understand it, the QINACTITV can monitor SNA sessions only, correct?

I've just started working with telnet myself.  Check out the Inactivity
Timeout on the CHGTELNA (Change Telnet Attributes) command.  I think
that's what you want.
