I will check with some of the schools I know to see if anyone is offering such
a course.  What constitutes the "Northeast" for you ?

One other possibility.  I was in Best Buy the other day and found a COBOL
training package ($60 I think) that included AccuCobol.  Guess someone's heard
about the demand for COBOL programmers that the Year 2000 is generating!
