The REXX interpreter is part of OS/400.  Because it is an interpreter,
there is no CRTREXPGM command.  One places REXX procedures into source
physical files and executes them with the STRREXPRC (Start REXX Procedure)
command.  

There are two IBM REXX manuals: REXX/400 Reference and REXX/400
Programmer's Guide.  The manual numbers vary by release.  To see them
online, check out the AS/400 Online Library at
http://as400bks.rochester.ibm.com/.
