You can get information on lots of products at <http://www.news400.com> or
<http://www.midrangecomputing.com>. Both sites have product listings by
many categories—maybe a start on AS/400 stuff, at least.

The classics in the 400 market, I think, are MAPICS, now marketed by
Marcam, and BPCS, by SSA.
