So what you are saying, John, is that there wasn't any request at all here
for some form of ad campaign, right? That what you guys were asking for is
for IBM to buy some articles in trade magazines?

I believe the reason you see such a strong impression of NT is that there
are so many articles about new products being released for it. When I page
through the trades, there are very few articles about NT itself (but there
are some). On the other hand, there are many articles about new products
that enhance NT. If a product is delayed that means there will be many
more articles about it, all mentioning the virtues of NT which will be
enhanced by this product. 

Then end result is hundreds of articles describing NT.
