In the past we had the same problem with some work files. When we do FTP of
those files to PC, the last character if it is blank was getting truncated.
We couldnot come out with a better alternative. So when generating the
files, we've moved '0' to the last character so that the last character
will never be blank. This way we have avoided the problem.

But I know that this is not a right solution but to make the applications
running, we have to do some crazy fixes like this.
