MRT on RPG II, S/36 Programs -- MIDRANGE-L

Can someone refresh my memory on the MRT value for RPG II
programs.  Was this a value on the H spec?  Running on an AS/400,
what impact does it have?  As I remember, MRT stood for Multiple
Requestor Terminal(s) and defined how many terminals can be running the
program.  Is this correct?

What would the maximum value be?  How can it be changed if it has any effect
on the AS/400?
