I have used the command "SNDNETSPLF" to send a spool file to 2 or more 
different user outq. The spool file that the program creates MUST be 
placed on HOLD prior to being created. This will allow it to be 
available to be sent to the user outq. The command will need the 
following:      1. spool file name
                2. user id      
                3. address
The outq that will receive the spool file is the "outputq name" that is 
listed in the user profile of the user id. (ex. user id:steve and my 
profile has "outputq name:steve" then the spool file sent to "use 
id:steve" would be sent to outq-steve.

I hope that this method will serve your needs. The userid must be setup 
in the distribution directory for this to work.
