I was also confused by the memo.  I contacted my IBM rep, who indicated 
that it was basically a paperwork exercise.  She said she would submit it 
for me, and that I should receive the latest CA version.  I would suggest 
you call IBM and request the conversion.  Then IBM will have the correct 
information for your customer ID, as to which of the two new packaging 
options you are using.
