Dave,
take a look at the Frequency Parm on the job.
If it is set to *ONCE, it should only be submitted
once. If *WEEKLY or *MONTHLY, it will run twice.

Also, are you sure you want to change on Saturday
at 2:00am and not on Sunday ?  (I'm actually changing
our time Sunday evening because of our processing
schedule.)
