Today's gem from IBM was a survey wanting to know if the "CE" gave me quick service, on a *TEST service request ( SNDSRVRQS ACTION(*TEST) ), and another IBM employee telling me to apply a Ethernet PTF on a machine without an Ethernet card, and, ...
