Hey IBM, "Ditto".

Plus we need IBM marketing reps who understand the equipment they are selling.
I shouldn't have to go thru the Installation and Upgrade manual to make sure
they're pushing the correct equipment on me. Or the quick pricer to make
sure I didn't get over charged.

Got told yesterday they had a 'TCP' card. What's that? I know what a token
ring card is, and an ethernet card, but what's a "TCP" card?

Today's gem from IBM was a survey wanting to know if the "CE" gave me quick
service, on a *TEST service request ( SNDSRVRQS ACTION(*TEST) ), and another
IBM employee telling me to apply a Ethernet PTF on a machine without an
Ethernet card, and, ...

Sorry, y'all pushed a hot button...
<exit soapbox>
