A few problems here.  If I remember, the model 150 was sold with V3R7 only,
and there was no provision to upgrade the software.  We don't sell 150s
(they are sold through the MIR channel only) and I'm not familiar with the
T's & C's.  Any restriction on IBM's part would have been arbitrary.

Assuming that you can upgrade the 150, I see no reason why it's demands for
OS/400 should be any greater than that for a model 400.  Minimum
requirements are 64 mb of memory and 4GB of DASD.
