        Depends, V4R1 will support SSL and has greatly improved the 
functionally of the V3R7 released product.  What will the page be doing ??

        Also, with V4R1 you can put the IPCS Firewall on your system to 
offer some protection from the Internet, if this is just going to be an 
Intranet then it's not an issue.

        Not in my mind. You can use FTP to get the source for your pages 
onto the system from the platform you use to prepare them.

        Check out the COMMON CD-Rom from Boston, or San Antonio (When 
released) there were a number of good sessions with complete handouts on 
this subject as well as configuration and setup.  Also check the IBM 
pages, and online web redbooks.
