The NDB Faulting guidelines are part of the BEST/1 modeling tool. There are commands (I'm home on vacation, can't look it up right now) that can show you the defaults that the advisor will use. Check the BEST/1 manual.

Of course, those figures are based on the Work Management manual, which has this information in it.
